Vinyasa Yoga in Vilnius

Our Vinyasa Yoga classes combine breath and movement in flowing, intelligent sequences designed to develop strength, mobility, balance and concentration. At Yoga Loftas, the emphasis is on mindful practice rather than performance, with space for both challenge and exploration.

What to Expect

Classes move through connected sequences of postures guided by the breath. Depending on the class, the pace may be dynamic and structured or slower and more exploratory, but the aim remains the same: to build a focused, embodied practice that feels both physically engaging and mentally grounding.

Which Class Is Right for Me?

Traditional Vinyasa Yoga

A flowing, breath-led practice with varied sequences that develop strength, mobility, balance and concentration. A good choice if you enjoy movement, variety and a mindful but physically engaging practice.

Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa Yoga

A more dynamic and structured practice influenced by Ashtanga Yoga. Expect greater repetition, rhythm and physical intensity while still allowing more freedom than a traditional fixed Ashtanga sequence.

Yang & Yin Yoga

A balanced class beginning with a more active, flowing Yang practice influenced by Vinyasa, followed by slower Yin and restorative work. A good choice if you enjoy movement but also want time to slow down, release tension and finish with a quieter practice.
