Migle - Yoga Teacher in Vilnius

Miglė is a yoga teacher with more than 1,000 hours of training completed across India, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Europe. Her teaching combines a deep respect for traditional yoga with a warm, grounded and accessible approach.

Her practice brings together asana, breathwork and meditation, with influences from Ayurveda, holistic yoga therapy and the classical Tristhana method — the relationship between posture, breath and gaze.

My Approach to Yoga

Miglė’s classes are designed to develop strength and mobility while also cultivating awareness, steadiness and connection with the breath.

She sees yoga as more than physical exercise: a practice of presence, exploration and self-discovery. Her aim is to create a supportive environment where students can deepen their practice without pressure, whatever their previous experience.
