Sruti - Vinyasa

I’m Sruti, a dedicated yoga teacher from India, now building roots in the vibrant city of Vilnius. Yoga has been a steady companion throughout many seasons of my life; it has provided me with strength and solace during challenging times, and I deeply enjoy creating inviting spaces where practitioners can explore strength, awareness, and ease through the practice of mindful movement.

My classes are dynamic Vinyasa flows, designed with a strong focus on working intelligently with the muscles of the body. I use the body as a powerful tool to build strength, stability, and to foster injury-resilient movement, guided by the rhythm of breath throughout each practice. Flexibility is approached not as a prerequisite, but rather as a natural outcome that develops over time through consistent practice and care.

Sruti teaches vinyasa yoga and mother and baby yoga in English, helping each student nurture their own journey while connecting with their breath and body in a supportive environment.
