SRUTI

I’m Sruti, a yoga teacher from India, now building roots in Vilnius. Yoga has been a steady companion through many seasons of my life, and I enjoy creating spaces where practitioners can explore strength, awareness, and ease through mindful movement.

My classes are dynamic Vinyasa flows with a strong focus on working intelligently with the muscles. I use the body as a tool to build strength, stability, and injury-resilient movement, guided by breath throughout the practice. Flexibility is approached as a natural outcome rather than a prerequisite.

Sruti teaches vinyasa yoga and mother and baby yoga in english.
