Vinyasa Yoga and deep relaxation

Classes are energizing, grounded, and thoughtfully paced, ending with deep relaxation to allow the practice to settle. I gently weave in simple reflections from yoga philosophy, connecting the experience on the mat with everyday life.

A traditional sequence-based practice linking breath and movement into a focused and meditative flow. Repetition creates clarity, discipline, and inner strength.

Yin & Yang Yoga:

A balanced practice combining dynamic Yang movement with deep Yin release.

Pranayama & Meditation:

Guided breathing practices to regulate the nervous system and balance energy.
