Miglė has taught internationally across Asia, Africa, and Europe, collaborating with studios and retreat spaces and sharing yoga through classes, workshops, and retreats.

For Miglė, yoga is a lifelong path of presence and self-discovery. She is dedicated to creating spaces where students feel supported, seen, and inspired to explore the deeper layers of the practice.

"Yoga keeps teaching me humility, presence, and connection. My students are my greatest teachers. I remain, always, a student."

Miglė teaches traditional yoga in english and lithuanian.
