Lena - Vinyasa

Lena says: -I help people become more flexible, strong, resilient, and deeply connected to their bodies. My goal is not just to teach you the poses, but to inspire you to delve deeper into your own practice and discover the transformative journey that yoga provides.

I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching consistently since 2018, after completing my first 200h Yoga Teacher Training (YAI) in Spain. I am a registered member of Yoga Alliance International (YAI) and SYM – International School of Yoga Mediterranean. During these years, I have dedicated myself to understanding the intricacies of yoga philosophy and anatomy, and I constantly learn from some of the most prominent yoga teachers in the world. Alongside yoga, I am a passionate explorer of psychology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, fashion styling, holistic health, and everything that helps us feel healthy, confident, embodied, and alive. I believe that true wellness is a journey of self-discovery, and I aim to guide you through it.

My approach blends yoga and mobility, helping you fall in love with movement—whether you are a complete beginner or returning to practice after a break. I incorporate various techniques and insights to make each session unique and personal. No matter your age or starting point, my classes are designed to fit into real life, supporting you in building a sustainable routine so you can feel strong, grounded, and at home in your body. I create a safe space for all students, encouraging them to express themselves and explore their potential.

Lena teaches traditional yoga in English and Russian languages. This bilingual approach enables me to connect with a wider audience, sharing the beauty and depth of yoga with those who speak either language, and enriching the learning experience.
